As an international lecturer throughout the world and publisher of many professional articles on plastic surgery, Dr. Francis Otteni is one of the pioneers of aesthetic plastic surgery in Europe. He was the president of the French Society of Aesthetic Surgery for several years and is still active in this organization. After receiving his medical degree at the University of Strassbourg, France, he became a general surgeon and later a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at the clinics of the same University. In 1981 he has published the very first articles on liposuction and lipofilling which has revolutionized the fat removal and the tissue augmentation procedures. Also, as a well known name on liposuction he has later on started to improve his liposuction results by means of abdominoplasties, thightoplasties and brachioplasties. He created a new and innovative technique of Liposuction combined with Skin thightening which has improved the bodysculpture surgery. Since 2001, he has been invited all over the world to teach his technique.

French citizen, Dr. Beatrice Lafarge has graduated from the French University Necker – Enfants Malades, Paris V.
She takes active part in teaching given by the Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Teaching College at Montreuil Hospital from 1981 to 1993. She has published more than 70 articles on national and international scientific books and magazines and has lectured at several international medical seminars.
She produces videos on localized face lifts, on a breast reduction technique with limited scarring and on muscular eyelid plastic surgery.
She is a member of many professional societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society of Aesthetic Surgery and many others.
She was appointed President of the French Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Society in 2004 and currently runs the Society`s annual conference.
